Xcel Energy Work

National Jewish HealthIn preparation for a larger city storm water drainage project, Xcel Energy needs to move several electrical lines that run through our main campus entrance. Patients will still be able to enter campus through the normal main entrance off of Colfax Avenue, but from time to time, they will be directed to exit onto 14th Avenue. There will be signage and flagmen to assist people entering and leaving the campus.

This project will not affect hours of operation or scheduling. Patients are encouraged to give themselves extra time to get to their appointments.

Our property will be restored to its normal state once the work is complete. The project is expected to be done by mid-October.

Roofing Work

Due to hail damage, we will be replacing and repairing some of the roofs on campus. Building access, parking and patient care should not be impacted by the roof work, except on some weekends.

This project will not affect hours of operation or scheduling. Patients are encouraged to give themselves extra time to get to their appointments.

This work is scheduled to begin around the last week in September and will last through the fall and early winter. Because weather could affect this work, the project may be extended.
