Cystic Fibrosis (CF): Online Patient Education Programs
You can click on the titles above to view the programs. You may also go to the webpage, then click the Get Started button. Scroll to the option for “Empowering and Educating Patients and Caregivers: Medical Management of Cystic Fibrosis" or for “Transitioning to Adult Care in Cystic Fibrosis" and click on it. You will be prompted to continue as a guest or to register. By creating an account you will be able to track your progress and make notes in the programs.

Lung Line is a free service. Registered nurses are available to answer questions about respiratory, allergic and immune diseases.

The Physician Line is a toll-free line that gives you direct access to a specialized respiratory nurse who can facilitate your request for a patient referral or consultation. Nurses can also provide you with information about our programs, program outcomes and other departments.
